I truly adore the Bonney Lake BFJ! The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to converse with. They show so much love for my dogs and treat them wonderfully, which means a lot to me. Service: 5/5

I've been here three times now, and every single visit has been a delight! The staff is always incredibly friendly and cheerful. On my most recent visit, I forgot to order a drink, but even after I received my meal, the server continued to serve us with a great positive attitude. Keep up the fantastic work, ladies! You're doing an amazing job!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I informed them about one drink, but before I could even mention my second drink, they had already finished processing my first order. They seemed too rushed to listen and assumed I only wanted one drink without even asking me. I come here every Sunday, so it's frustrating to be treated this way. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

Waited in line for over 10min . Frustrating because there was one vehicle ordering one drink. I watched the Barista practically making out with the dog. I finally got sick of waiting and left. I hope she washed her hands. I normally don't go here.Service: 1/5
