I never had ethiopian food before. It is delicious and i enjoyed very much. Friendly staff and authentical decor. Coffee is a must also!
So I travel around the world eating the Vegetarian Sampler at every Ethiopian Restaurant I come across. I stopped at the Roha Cafe on a recent trip to Bonn, and found the food consistent with what I expected, tasty hot, and yet unique. The...Vegetarian Sampler was available as usual on a big, shared tray or packed in a basket for travel for 1€ more. We couldn 't resist. So instead of the normal dishes spaced out on a tray, they were rolled up into a packet, wrapped in plastic wrap and in a basket. While this meant you couldn 't pick and choose what you were eating, this is how I always pack up my leftovers by rolling the remaining bits into a tube and eating what comes out. While the sampler didn 't offer the normal cabbage and potato dish, I was excited to get some crunchy beets. We also got a visit from the owner/manager to discuss our options and ask us how things were. 5 Stars!
