Papa John's Pizza - Bonita Springs

We live in Fort Myers, and after Hurricane Ian, we were left without power and surviving on cold cans of soup. While driving south in search of a working ATM and gas, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. They were open and serving hot pizza! The staff was incredibly friendly, despite being overwhelmed. This experience truly brightened up our difficult week.

The delivery service was absolutely dreadful. I ordered my pizzas well in advance, yet it still took over an hour and a half to receive just two pizzas. The delivery tracker was highly inaccurate, giving an estimated time of 40 minutes for a location that is only 10 minutes away. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were cold and lacked sufficient sauce. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.

They were really helpful and allowed me to provide meals for my staff just a couple of days after Hurricane Ian. I'm very grateful for the staff here.

It's alright for fast food, sometimes the food is not as good as it should be. Sometimes it's decent it all depends on who's in the kitchen at the hour you order. Honestly it's a hit or miss. Also I don't like how they ask you to try new items on the menuas you are trying to place an order.

My past couple visits for pickup after I ordered online has been great, the stuffed crust pizza with 5 toppings, which were good and fresh and by the way is awesome, full of cheese, which usually the crust at other places were half filled or no cheese ..the regular cheese pizza is always my go to.. and I love the garlic butter sauce.. the young man at the counter was friendly andpolite.. and if you have a account you earn with each order towards a free pizza.. I definitely recommend stopping here, as wellpicking up yourself which is fast and my orders have always been ready within 10-15 minutes.
