Kfc - Bonita Springs

It seems like you hardly get any chicken these days; it feels more like receiving a leg from a pigeon. It's not satisfying at all and feels like a total waste of money.

Quick dinner snack. Had two tenders with biscuit and mash potatoes. Orig recipe on chicken tasted off, biscuit was not fresh (dry and not soft), potatoes Luke warm. I live 4 mins away from store. I hate nights where we can't decide on what to eat andfall back on fast food. Kinda had to complain to folks in store, most don't give a hoot and heaven help if I hurt someone'sfeelings. Update, 8/2022. Bad Bad Bad.. no change, Bad service, poor quality of food, not that clean. Three strikes,,, neveragain will we go to or refer this location not unless we don't like the people. Shame on the management.

The last time I enjoyed KFC was at a location in Tampa near the university, and it was incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, this recent visit has ruined any future cravings for KFC. The chicken (thigh and drumstick) was covered in a terrible batter and fried in oil that clearly needed to be replaced. While the chicken itself was decent, it was overly salty. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The food was fantastic! However, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to the staff's attitude. I understand; I spent over 40 years in retail myself! But I always made sure that customers didn't influence my mood for the day.

Awesome visit, polite manager, helpful in every way. Restaurant was clean even the bathroom. Food was great, hot and fresh. Will stop by again....Thanks!!
