Carla was a delight. The pizza is flat out great (the Villager). Order a bottle of wine, settle in for some great Italian and walk away satisfied, happy, and ready to come back!

I have eaten at a lot of Italian restaurants and I have to say this place rates near the top. The Penne Napoli was so delicious I have to go back and get it again.

We were first time and last time visitors to this establishment. Our waitress was not friendly at all and seemed bothered that she had to wait on two newbies. However, she was quite friendly to the regulars ! Also, she was not attentive to our table at all. The food was underwhelming for the prices you pay. I would give no stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

The atmosphere was quintessential Italian, the service was excellent!! And the food is why we keep going there!

I ordered lasagna. The bottom layer was so over baked it was like shoe leather. After the food was brought to the table our server never came to check how things were. We were on a time constraint so I put the bad part to the side and continued to eat. When the server came to take the plates I told her the kitchen should be made aware of the issue with the lasagna. She didn 't seem interested do I asked for a manager. The owner said, it 's that bad just a little more chewy . I pointed out I could not even cut it with a knife. His comment to me was so what 'a you want me to do about it . No apology, nothing. He was rude and could care less. With an attitude like his they don 't deserve our business. I had already paid our bill so I wasn 't looking for any compensation just wanted them to be aware. There are many good Italian restaurants in the area who know how to treat a customer. This was not our first visit and really enjoyed the food but, we will never go back. Also, the noise level is very bad. Impossible to have a conversation without shouting.
