El Basque - Bonita Springs

This was our second visit, and we loved it! The food was fantastic, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. There was live music this time, which added to the experience. We will definitely be going back!

What a treasure! This intimate and very pretty restaurant was quite a find! The food was excellent, and very reasonably priced! It was authentic Basque, as advertised. Great wine list as well. The service was awesome and when the bill came I had to do a double take as it was way less than I thought it would be! We will be back!!!

Fist time here. Amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Personal service from the chef/owner himself. Food was spectacular! We’ll definitely be back!

We had an early dinner on a weekday and appreciated the calm, relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has around a dozen tables, providing an elegant and romantic setting. The service was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the pintxos (white anchovies, figs, and goat cheese), the entrees (cassoulet and garlic cod), and the desserts (quince bread pudding and almond tart), all of which lived up to our high expectations. The entire menu looked enticing, and we will definitely return. Please note that they do not have a liquor license; they only serve wine and beer. The white sangria was excellent.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure. The pintxos were exceptional, particularly the shrimp and cod croquettes. However, we found the seafood pates to be underwhelming. We also really enjoyed the white beans!
