C Level Bistro Wine - Bonita Springs

This restaurant is lovely, situated in a plaza. It was clean throughout, including the restroom. The waiter was friendly, and the food was delicious. I had the surf and turf, which cost about $60. The mashed potatoes and steak were a little on the salty side, so I couldn't give it a perfect score. They provide both indoor and outdoor seating, with high-top tables, booths, and regular tables available.

From beginning to end, the ambiance was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the food was remarkable, making for an extraordinary evening. The manager, Peddja, truly made the night unforgettable! He was incredibly kind, gracious, and patient with us. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area.

One thing I did enjoy was the little assortment of four different salts and cracked pepper accompanying the bread on the escargot plate. However, the roasted garlic pieces were cold and not well caramelized, which was disappointing. It’s a shame because this place could have been a lovely spot close to home. I’m convinced everything would taste better without the distracting 1980s lighting. Overall, it was a swing and a miss.

C Level?s food is very delicious. Pleasantly surprised at how amazing the escargot was. Everything we ate and the wine were wonderful. The blue lights are a bit bright for me as I struggle with migraines, but I was able to sit at a table without a blue light directly over me. The decorations really make you feel like you are on a ship in the deep sea! The restaurant had great service and was very clean. Highly recommend.

This was my second bad experience at C Level, which used to be a fabulous restaurant. The staff seemed indifferent in terms of providing a positive dining experience. We waited an hour for dinner, the fish was over cooked, it took half an hour to get a glass of wine. There were 6 of us and not one person was happy with their very pricey meal (that was expected). I?ve crossed it of my list permanently.
