Tapioca Express - Bonita

A couple of days ago, I got a cookies and cream snow bubble and when I tried it, it had too much ice in it. I didn’t enjoy it. However I would say that the place looks really nice if you want to stay and chill out. My family’s drinks looked really good, but mine was terrible. I don’t recommend getting the cookies and cream snow bubble.Food: 1/5

Taro snow had numerous fat chunks of ice that would clog my bolba straw, they were that big. It was also incredibly bland and tasted like plain yogurt with a similar consistency. First time ever not finishing a taro. Thai tea with exploding bolba was ok. Maybe it's the blender but something isn't working correct.

I came to pick up some drinks, but wasn’t greeted or instructed where to pickup my items. The person on register is very dry in personality and seems to not care about customer service at all.

There is very nice and cool Halloween decorations at this tapioca express, and they have special Halloween drinks Pumpkin snow babble). I was so happy that they could customize a pumpkin snow bubble for me!!! The staff was very friendly and patient. I will definitely come back!

Second time visiting this location where the person taking my order just stood there staring at me without speaking at all and then my snow ice had entire ice cubes in it. ?Service: 1/5
