Tapioca Express - Bonita

I stopped by to pick up some drinks, but I wasn't greeted or given any instructions on where to collect my items. The person at the register had a very dull demeanor and appeared uninterested in providing good customer service.

This Tapioca Express has some really great Halloween decorations, and they offer special Halloween drinks like the Pumpkin Snow Bubble. I was thrilled that they could customize a Pumpkin Snow Bubble for me! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. I will definitely be coming back!

The taro snow had large, chunky ice pieces that clogged my boba straw—they were just too big. It was also extremely bland, tasting like plain yogurt with a similar texture. This is the first time I’ve ever not finished a taro drink. The Thai tea with bursting boba was decent, but something seems off—maybe it’s the blender. Overall, it just didn’t work for me.

I ordered today through doordash. I ordered calamari rings, shrimp tempura, pot stickers, squid balls etc and I didn't receive any dipping sauce. seriously? Why?

1 worker which was pretty sad but also I opened my food when I got to work , I literally had 8 little pieces of chicken in my meal with moldy broccoli
