M&w Smokehouse Barbecue - Bonifay

Stopped by this place just passing through Bonifay, and boy am I glad I did! My friend and I had the best barbecue ever! It was sooooo good! The server was informed and friendly and happy to help us order. The meats were tender and moist and very tasty, subtle flavors. Sauces were varied and good. And don 't miss the side! I had collard greens and also baked beans and both were excellent. The owner/operator (Mr. West) happened to overhear us raving about the place, and stopped by our table to say hello. Surely his presence and talent helps make this place one of the finest barbecue places I 've ever experienced (and that 's a lot over a lot of years)!

The loaded fries are to die for! If you haven't been your missing out. The staff is super friendly/helpful and provide great service. The food is fairly priced and it's well portioned. You definitely get what you pay for and won't be disappointed! Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. I know once you've tried it you'll think so too! I'll be going back without a doubt!!

Really good food service highly recommended!!!!! 10/24/15 update: got all of our food delivered to our wedding and it was delicious. We didn't have one bad complaint and we had well over enough food for everyone. Meat wasn't dry, smoked chicken was moist and full of flavor Mac-n-cheese was homemade style, baked beans were good, apple crisp on point,

We absolutely love this place. The people there are soooooooo friendly. The service is great and you are well taken care of . You drink is always full and anything you need they are ready to accommodate. Love the atmosphere, they make you feel right at home. The food is always hot and fresh. The taste is out of this world. I love the chicken salad which I found out one of the owners makes home made. I recommended this restaurant to my doctor and his family and he gave it rave reviews. If you get the chance go on Thursday night and get the prime rib. You'll not regret it. Sincerely, jagged edge hair design studio.

Excellent food and service. Loved it. Never been there will be back the next time I am in the area. Had brisket and chicken smoked it was well smoked juicy and tender.
