Just very good. A kind of fish revisited with Corsican products from the Bonifacio region. Very nice presentation. Elegant gift box. Better than the Corsica biscuit, the canistrelli.

He explained to you that it is based on Corsica Almond, Orange and Citron confits, spices and honey... It is just a very sweet delight in the palate, the taste is unique, between a calisson and a gingerbread. But again, taste, it's the best way!!! We will go back on our next visit to Bonifacio!!
