Captain D's - Bonham

The food doesn't seem bad but it always upsets my stomach.

This was our first time eating at Captain D's, and it was a great experience.PROS: There were only 3 people on staff, But they were exceedingly helpful and helped us decide on our meals. These are probably some of the most friendly, and proffessional young adults we've seen in a long time.The jalapeno poppers were awesome, the battered fish was good, as was the salmon and baked potato.CONS: the only real downsides were the corn on the cob (kind of hard to not overcook corn on the cob, in a fast food restaurant) it was mushy. The hush puppies were OK and the chicken tenders were dry (which one of the cooks noticed, and replaced, without us even mentioning it).Secondly, the men's restroom was out of order and the remaining ladies restroom was a bit dirty (no hand towels in the dispenser, just a roll placed on the back of the toilet!)OVERALL : Most of the food was good and we can steer clear of what we didn't prefer. In the end, it was the friendly, and professional, staff that makes this a stand out place. Well done!
