Ichi-ban Boshi - Bondi Junction

Food is fantastic; comes out fresh and quick I've frequented this place over the past month with my girlfriend and it's always a great experience.

This place serves some of the best piping hot bowls of ramen you will find in Sydney.

If you all don’t know me by now, I love Japanese food! And I would say ichi-ban Boshi is the perfect place for a casual dine in!because I love my spicy food— I had ordered spicy ramen, and it was so delicious! Definitely ordering it again! The spice was tolerable! I reckon for this who can’t handle spicy can handle this spicy ramen!

Got a tonkotsu this time and it was heavier than their other soups but still lightweight for my tastes. They excel at the rest of it though, with wonderful melty pork slices and a perfect egg. Still a bit overpriced considering the basic setting and considering that Menya can do better for less.
