Bills - Bondi Beach

Excellent vibe, helpful staff, and incredible food and drinks. Beware, the ricotta hotcakes are thick so you may only need two! But get them for sure! Bellini and Chai tea latte were tasty!

The legendary Bill Granger legacy lives on at Bill's Bondi. With breakfast cuisine honed to a natural science, the presentation of plates is prizeworthy. Our service was above and beyond not only the low bar of Australian expectations, but served up a dining experience on par with any hospitality aspiration. The Australian Cafe culture is preserved pridefully in Bondi, one of the many Bill's locations worldwide. We had a decaf latte, flat white, Full Aussie brekkie and corn fritters. All were outstanding.

We had a lovely breakfast here. It was very busy, but we got a table right away. Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. The pour over coffee of the month was also really good. Thanks bills!
