The public dining area, which is the only space I've visited during this visit, is spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, and the food is delightful!

The room was decent—clean and fairly spacious—but the bed was uncomfortable. For me, after cleanliness, a comfortable bed is essential for a good night's rest, and unfortunately, this one did not meet that standard. Additionally, there was no coffee machine either in the room or in the lobby. There is a restaurant on-site, but it was closed when we returned at 7:30. Overall, I'd rate the rooms a 3, the service a 3, and the location a 3.

We rented the two-room cabins, and they were very clean and fully furnished like an apartment. I recommend requesting an extra blanket for each room. Overall, it's a beautiful place, and the breakfast (not included) was excellent as well. Hotel Highlights: Quiet atmosphere and great value.

We stayed one night here. It’s a short drive outside of Bonavista so we knew the rates would be a bit lower. Reception was super friendlyas I had grown accustomed to in the east coast. The hotel itself is a bit dated but didn’t deter from its charm. Our room was clean and had a modern bathroom (though a bit tight! It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on the premise but we didn’t get a chance to eat there (had to eat at Mary Brown’s since we were in its birth place! The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I’d stay here again!

Wonderful people, great food, lovely cottage. The only down side was that there was no ironing board or iron available when we asked. Made it tricky for a business trip. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4
