Akuarius - Bonao

Horrible Management! I stood 5 nights 6 days, the elevator didn't work and I had a stroller, my baby bag with personal items was stolen from inside the hotel because I was forced to go down a small rickety spiral staircase! The security cameras were not working, security is only available at night, the management was disrespectful and didn't even attempt to change accommodations considering the elevator was not working and I had a baby. I lost 4 vacation days because of this helltel! The food was decent but not that good and the air conditioner worked that's the only positive thing I can think about this hotel.....

Two people in my party were bitten up overnight and it was not by mosquitoes, spiders or ants. The front desk girl did not know the wifi information for the hotel

The place is ok, how ever the food (specially the meat and fish) is not fresh, other than that it was ok.

Great Hotel Downtown Bonao, excellent accommodation. I was here for two days now, hotel staff is fantastic, great security, the best. I'm here for four more days and I wanted to return to the city next time. Akuarius Hotel looks like the business man hotel, I have met some interesting guys. Rooms need to plug in all electrical components like TV'S, WIFI,PHONES AND CLOCKRADIO NEED BETTER FURNITURE OLD AND SOME IN BAD CONDITIONS POOL IS ON 2ND FLOOR AND VERY SMALL LIKE A 6 PERSON POOL BUT EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL
