Marco's Pizza - Bonaire

I ordered a large all-meat pizza, as we always do, and we've been loyal customers for a long time. Yesterday evening, my partner received the order at the door while I was moving from the loading area back to my car. I paid with my credit card, and the total was around $22 for the delivery. My partner asked the delivery person for a tip, but he had no cash on him, so the driver went straight to his car and left! I might have mentioned to my husband that he didn’t hear your request. This morning, I checked my account and was shocked to see a $20 tip added to my card payment, bringing the total for just one pizza to $43. I'm really upset and would like a refund! We’ve always ordered from them, and I know the manager well through my work, as well as some of the staff there. This situation is really wrong and dishonest!
