San Daniele ham with rosemary focaccia (I would have preferred without to cover the flavor of ham), spinach tirtlen, cheese cutter with mustards and grapes, Smoked deer carpaccio with red cappucci salad with apples and nuts, Ravioli with radicchio on cutting sauce and speck powder, Risotto with porcini parmesan butter !
Very special place, you go only for targeted initiatives, and by reservation, and you run the risk of not finding free evenings for a long time...the menus are always a surprise, because it depends a lot on who organized the meeting, but the ability of the kitchen guarantees the highest level with any raw material, if you happen the opportunity to participate in some organized initiative in the local do not let it escape, it is really worth

The Chef, Luis Agostini, with his long experience can offer you a cooking class like we did and then you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes cooked by you... beautiful experience!
Evening with colleagues at ConDito. The restaurant organizes cooking classes and dinners for groups of people, so book in advance. Seats are about thirty and the kitchen is in view in the middle of the dining room. I must say that I ate very well, from the starter, appetizer, first, second and sweet. High quality raw materials cooked impeccably by the team of chef directed by Luis Agostini. Exceptional wines, from bubbles to white and red. Right price for the quality offered.
