Bistro12 - Bolzano

We visited the Ice Man exhibition in the morning and looked for somewhere convenient to eat lunch. Bistro12 is located very close to the museum and proved to be a good choice. The menu is not too big and the food freshly prepared. We had both pasta and salad dishes and were all very satisfied. Good value, recommended.

I love this place. The owner is filled with passion with the food and ingredients. Simple dishes, explosive flavours and freshness. Will come again to exhaust their menu. I recommend the pasta pomodoro with buffalo mozzarella.
