Fish is probably the best in the area, cooked exactly right, but the service is usually excruciatingly slow. Chips are also good. However, tonight I was short about £5 changed and when challenged, within seconds, instead of correcting a mistake, they argued a little then...has left and check the video evidence that had some time but proved me right. The assistant then put a £5 note in a tray and started giggling, no excuse for the mistake or relieve me. I asked if she believed that short changing customers were funny no answer. Then the other assistant apologized. Teaching: check your change or better still use the exact money. Errors happen, but put them right, do not mix by feeling like a liar, then do not apologize.

Good service, helpful staff when ordering. I was uncertain about some of the dishes on the menu and the person on the phone knew what she was talking about.

Tonight as a treat for fish and chips. Was very disappointed. The chips were so full of light yellow oil soft and sloppy. The oil dripping from the fish. Had to pack the fish in kitchen tissue before I could even think of eating it. As far as the chips are concerned, they were not edible at all. What a waste of money £9.40 and it went into the garbage. I'll never go there again. Not the same as a couple of years ago. I called to complain and the lady said that there are new potatoes that I don't think just cook chips in cold dirty oil more like. Nobody's gonna advise anyone to go here.

This chip is underestimated, always cook fresh before you. Always hot. can be expensive, but it is worth how it is cooked before you and not fed.

Not great for the money very expensive for the food you get not sure the chicken was real in the mixed curry thats why I score so low everything else was not to bad maybe a 3 we will not be returning very soon we...will try somewhere else
