Slater's - Bolton

This is an excellent spot for pizza or a quick bite! The wood-fired oven gives the pizza a wonderfully crispy texture and delicious flavor. I ordered the Slater Steak BBQ sandwich, which reminded me of a steak and cheese but with a BBQ twist. The meat was perfectly smoked and delicious. I will definitely return for the pizza and to try another BBQ dish!

The staff is fun and friendly, great place for live music on Thursday. BBQ is top quality go for the brisket. Pizza is fantastic thin crust with happy pizza bubbles that everyone loves. I'll be back soon.

Great pizza. REALLY long lead time after the call in order. 75 minutes. And I had to wait 10 minutes. Weird. They didn't seem very busy. Think.
