Overwhelmed location crew of 3 all working drive thru, stood at the front counter for about 5 to 10 minutes with others behind me before anyone acknowledged our presence. We stopped by today for a perfect pairing, the food was good when it eventually got sorted out and great value. The cashier claimed she pushed the buttons correctly but only one went thru as a perfect pairing....sandwich and chilli cheese wedges with a discount. Good thing to check. Then there was that awkward moment, where they said they were out of the wedges after we paid and sorted it out, but then they made some. Its a good thing I really enjoyed the food. Washrooms were grundgy no one is attending to them. There is no parking if you are pulling a trailer all single spaces.
Torbram and Father Tobin , this location has to be the fastest service by far of any Tim's I've gone too . Accurate and friendly staff . If you live in the area and are in a rush this is the Timmies to visit !!! Place your order at the drive through and by the time you get to the window they are handing you your order .... unbelievably fast and yes it's toasted , hot and ready for you before you can pull out your wallet ..... LOL !
This Tim Hortons location has incredibly fast service. Despite the long line of cars in the drive-thru, we opted to go inside where it was also quite busy. However, we were pleasantly surprised when our food and drinks arrived in less than 3 minutes after placing our order! We got a jalapeno bagel, an egg McMuffin, two whole grain bagels, and an almond milk iced coffee, all of which tasted fresh and were served piping hot. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite the constant stream of customers passing through - many of whom were traveling between the Bruce Peninsula and Toronto. We highly recommend this location for its quick service and delicious offerings.
I took my kids to Tim Hortons during a snowstorm to try the new Dreams Donuts. We arrived at 7:20pm and were informed that they don't close until 11pm, but there were no donuts available. When I asked if they had any in the back, the employee didn't seem to care and just said they had whatever was left on display. There were only 4 stale donuts left. It was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this location.
