The woman at the drive-thru window is not friendly, she doesn't greet you or say thank you or goodbye. She lacks manners and even throws the debit machine at you. I waited in my car for 21 minutes to receive cold food. If you're looking for terrible customer service, this is the place to go. They have no regard for their customers and their quality and service are lacking. I have visited this place multiple times and it is always the same - rude, slow service, and poor quality. I complained online but received no resolution. I suggest avoiding this run-down, dirty restaurant and choosing somewhere else to eat.

I really like the grilled chicken sandwich, while my family enjoys the traditional burgers. The servers are always pleasant.

S someone who enjoys personalized options, I appreciate the ability to customize my meal at Harveys. The food is always reliable, unlike some other fast food chains.

What kind of review would you look for from Harvey's. Really it's a burger joint with manufactured burgers that have a lot of non-beef products in them. I have always wondered what all the coloured bits are in the burger, I have been told filler...which is obvious but what is the filler.
