He told us the history of the club and showed how to cook vegan tigelle and crêpes, very salty and tasty. We came there to get a short little snack, so we chose the vegan tigella. The owner who is really nice and friendly prepared the tigella immediately, we chat a little about my italy trip and he even played a little song on his ukulele. Great choice of tigelles and desserts for vegans, a mirage in Bologna! Raw materials of excellent quality and very low prices.
Had her Agricrêpe and was very disappointed at how easy and tasteless it was. It had a texture and appearance of wet cardboard and it fell apart as I tried to eat it. They simply took it with chickpea flour and the taste of the chickpeas, as they did not at all feel seasoned. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The place looks quite small and easy to miss. The owner is a lovely person who explained the different things to us and make some recommendations. We had the local speciality of Tigrelle and the Agricrepe. But the most amazing thing was the Frico Friulano. Absolutely delicious! The vegetables are locally sourced and fresh so may change day to day. Definitely give this place a try.
