Pinchos - Bollnaes

Har fått mycket bättre bemötande på andra Pinchos. Han som visade in oss tappade popcorn på bordet som han tog med fingrarna och lade i våra popcornlådor. Det var smutsigt på bordet. Dammigt på saker och ventilationsrören. Två av tre toaletter saknade tvål, det saknades toapapper och det var ostädat. Utbudet av mat var begränsat, en av oss hade behov av glutenfri kost och en var diabetiker. Även barnmenyn hade färre rätter än andra Pinchos vi varit på. Det blir inga fler besök på Pinchos i Bollnäs tyvärr.

Vi fick vänta i över en timme på maten. Det var ingen som uppmärksammade oss under tiden, tex beklagade att det tog tid eller erbjöd något enklare tilltugg som extra popcorn eller dricka. När vi fick maten var fisken kall, cheeseburgare var utan ost och även köttet var kallt. Det var långt ifrån fullsatt i restaurangen.

We were greeted with delicious food and friendly staff at Pinchos in Bollnäs. Located centrally in Bollnäs, we walked there from our hotel (Scandic).

Been there many times and love the concept and sick good food! Love the non-alcoholic drinks and desserts! Fun decor. Different lots of people at different times, can be very calm one time and the second time you are there there are a lot of people. It took a little longer to get the food in than usual, and the staff warned us beforehand. Would have liked new more non-alcoholic drinks but otherwise everything is great.

Worse experience than I expected. First I had to wait a quarter of an hour before the staff showed one to their place so that a queue was formed outdoors. After that, I strangely enough did not get any straws for my drink that I had ordered. Once I ordered the food, it took a surprisingly long time because it was apparently something wrong with the fryer, but I received compensation for what it consisted of an extra free tapas. It felt like the restaurant was understaffed and consisted of a staff summer worker. Simply not what I expected…
