Jasmine Chinese - Bolivar

I’m sorry, but this restaurant was a total disappointment. I usually avoid buffets, especially after my time in the Marine Corps! The place was busy, but I expected that. The food line looked decent, but even after ordering from the menu, I left after just a few bites. I really doubt that the other Asian restaurant in town is any better! It seems like I’ll have to make trips to Springfield after all.

I'm impressed with the waitresses they are quick and efficient while still being friendly. First time here and would love to return. Food is good and hot straight from the kitchen. Buffet does not have crab Rangoon but has dumplings so we're good

Ok so there were a lot of negative reviews about this place but they must have new owners because I saw nothing negative. It's very nice decor clean and classy. The wait staff seemed too busy to refill our glasses but the buffet was really good. If they had a Mongolian grill it would be my new favorite place. Lemon chicken and dumplings were both awesome.

The food is just below the extremely average and underwhelming level of a buffet. They do have good ice cream though. If you're a Bolivar native, you'll like this place. If you're from out of town, you won't! Save your time, but some bread and jelly. It has more flavor...

Service was next to non existent. Buffet was small, and some of the choices were empty and not refilled during the time we were there. The beef broccoli tasted more of fish sauce than beef or broccoli, and there was next no no beef slices in the dish. The garlic chicken as well as the cashew chicken were pretty good. The Lo Mien noodles was over cooked and gummy. The vegetables were perfectly cooked but sparse. The meatballs and mushrooms were good, there were a couple of the mushrooms in the dish slightly undercooked with raw centers. The atmosphere was sparse and uninviting. Won't be going back.
