Contribuiți la feedbackSo I decided to get the taco bell app to speed up the dinge like with dietucks and panera brot. I ordered a couple of meals for me and my wife. I even had to use my credit card to place the order. When I finished the app, they said they will begin to make the food as soon as they arrive. that doesn't make sense. I went through and told them to start the command. I went through the window to the car and waited a minute. the person told me to move forward. I waited a few minutes while watching the app on my phone. it finally said my order was ready. I waited five minutes to get my food. I took screenshots on my handy of progressing and at the moment when they brought the food to my car. I do not want to publish the picture of the worker if there is a legal question. I just wanted to prove TacoBell headquarters. it fell on deaf ears. imagine when they find something wrong with their class “E” food. I found out that belonged to an earlier customer of mine, the 27 restaurants in il and wi. I left a review message about the app and asked that they come back to me. closing words, do not use this restaurant. no one cares about them with the app. they just want to market them for free. Why let them waste their time.
The taco bell is a dream in comparison to the sw burbs locations. fresh and portions are much larger.
I have no complaints about this taco bell. they love the fastness efficiency in the drive thru during the midday period. many thanks for a great attitude during work.
It was a bad experience, people who use covid as excuse to not serve. the employees told me that I should use kiosk to order when I entered because the employees tried to avoid the front register when I entered. all disappeared. 7 people and 3 stood behind the food shelves, then another person on the phone, the young was the only one who made food. he had made the food that he was driving through the right, but when he asked about my ordering information per my ordering, did not show up as she told me to order, I had to tell him with what was said, he missed the addition of one ingredient, no tomato on 4 regular soft dishes tacos. the girl on the phone was blurring all the time and thought I was screaming what I wasn't. but I can tell them that was very unprofessional. they worked, but they said the system was failed. tell me what's going on? at least one person stood up and did the right thing.
2 cars in front of me. Took over 25 min to get my food. Then they got my order wrong 3 times. Had to keep giving food back. They even read me my order back. 4th time got it right and more then half of my order was already cold then to top it off. They hit my credit card for 2 different charges. My food went from $24 to over $30. Now I have to dispute one of the charges.... needless to say. If I want tacobell bad enough. I'm going to another town to get it.
