We visited on Black Friday around 5 PM and were seated right away, which was a nice change from our experience at Ted's Grill down the street. The food and service were excellent. While the dinners could have arrived a bit faster, I understand it was quite busy. I enjoyed a fantastic patron margarita and a decent American Mule. My kids absolutely loved the place and the food, so we will definitely return. I had the Wagyu burger, which was delicious, while the kids shared pizza, fries, wings, and mac and cheese. My wife ordered the salmon and really enjoyed it—she even finished her entire meal, which is unusual for her. We're looking forward to coming back!

I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was a decent portion size. The chicken was shredded into small, bite-sized pieces—a texture I prefer over larger chunks—and there was plenty of it. As someone who values texture in food, I appreciated this preparation. It was cooked just right: neither too cheesy nor greasy, and not overcooked at all. This dish could easily serve as either an appetizer or a main meal. It came with salsa, pico de gallo, and sour cream, and I particularly enjoyed the salsa. However, I think a small side of guacamole would have been a nice addition, especially since they serve it with other dishes. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp combo for $20, which allows you to choose two sides. He opted for garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, both of which we liked. The macaroni was quite cheesy, making it a great side dish, while the garlic mashed potatoes had a lovely flavor. They are on the thicker side and are served without gravy. My husband enjoyed the shrimp, but he felt the steak tasted more like a hamburger than proper steak. Given that, he might not order this dish again. It might be more fitting to call it shrimp and beef tenderloin. One drawback is the high prices for domestic beers; if you want to save a bit, you should go for their house beer. On a positive note, they have a great rewards program that often sends out coupons. I even visited on my birthday to enjoy a free entree. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how close this location is to us!

Fantastic service and delicious food! We ordered the nachos, a veggie burger topped with a fried egg, a side of fries, and a Reuben with fries. Everything was outstanding! The place is also very clean.

I haven't been to Rock Bottom for quite a while and this is the first time at this location in Bolingbrook. I came here for lunch with my friend. Julia was our server and was so attentive and sweet. She provided great service! I understand from the hostess that they have a new menu. There are a variety of things to choose from from appetizers to salads to handhelds to flatbread and entrées. I'm not a beer drinker, but they have a lot of beers...duh, they're a brewery. I was so happy to find that their handheld sandwiches and burgers can come wrapped in lettuce. So I opted for the chicken avocado sandwich and a lettuce wrap. Instead of waffle fries that come with sandwiches, I substituted the cauliflower rice for an extra dollar. The chicken sandwich was so delicious with fresh avocado, tomatoes and lettuce. The chicken was grilled perfectly with melted cheese on top. It Was so good! However, the cauliflower rice had no taste at all. I was really disappointed with it. I added salt and pepper, but it really needed some other kind of seasoning. They definitely need to work on that. Cauliflower rice is bland and you really have to amp up the flavor with seasoning. My friend had the tacos and they were plentiful and she said delicious. She opted to get the mac cheese instead of the waffle fries and that looked really yummy. I would definitely go back to this restaurant especially since I could get a sandwich in a lettuce wrap. I do wish they would offer a turkey or a portobello burger. Something healthier options.

Got here at 6:35pm because we needed a quick bite to eat. Our goal was to be out of there before 7:15pm to catch a game. Wow our hostess and waitress did an amazing job! My daughter and I ordered the wings and calamari. It came out right away and they were delicious! I LOVED the calamari (my daughter's order lol)! The breading had the perfect crunch and the calamari itself was soft and flavorful. The dip was amazeballs too. The chipotle wings were on point loved the sauce! The chicken was a little on the dry side but the sauce made up for it. We were out of there by 7:10pm...just in time for the game! Excellent service!!!!!
