Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bolingbrook

Ordered online and I had to assemble my own queen? as in the literal ones they gave me a queen and put the hell apart? I'm lazy, but it wasn't even close to the closing time. I had several good experiences with other Chipotle sites where eating was always amazing and they assembled my queensadilla right and the sides where they had to be. I will not return to this place at any time as the reviews before me also match the evaluation I have given.

I made chipotle earlier, so I understand what the workers are going through. they closed the store 30 minutes early, which is not allowed. it wasn't even busy. they made me online order while they were all on their phones before customers. they were also outside? of almost all means of life. they actually had it, but they didn't want to use it. I'm disappointed with who ever runs this. follow some standards with integrity and do not allow their customers to work.

I often went to this place. but will not return. the shares have become smaller, the prices are higher, and they are not clean as before. I ordered online and this place confused my order too. I called to let her know when it happened and a manager named ethan told me that he would replace the bowl when I came back and that my name was in a book. I came in and put my order (together with other articles) and let the manager know that ethan said he would replace my bowl for her chaos. Look at this. they told me no ethan works there and my name was not in their loss record! I don't come back to this place, please don't order here! They're not kidding and they're not up to what they tell you. dirty business and business practices.

I would rate this place one star based on my experience. It was a terrible situation, and I wouldn’t recommend going there. The manager seems inexperienced and doesn't care about the quality of the food or the service; the lines were very slow. I called to complain about the grilled chicken being overly salty, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me. When I called back, the manager refused to speak with me and even laughed about my concerns while chatting with the person who answered the phone. They didn’t offer any assistance or solutions. The location on Weber is definitely much better!

When it comes to food, Chipotle needs no more introduction. The staff at this point was very friendly and humble. Service was very fast and generous. Facility was very clean and was constantly being cleaned. Nice outdoor seating arrangement as well. Outdoor has multiple tables.
