Eleven Wine Bistro - Bolinas

We were super hungry after hiking to Alamere Falls and stopped here afterwards for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was! The anchovy pizza was unique and delicious. The anchovies were integrated into the tomato sauce, which gave it a salty umaminess with bursts of flavors from the fried capers. The Meyer lemon zest on top was something I would not expect on a pizza but it tied it all together. One of the best pizzas I've had recently. The menu here is very small but that's better than trying to make too many items and not doing it well.

What a bunch of elitist hipsters. They think it's cool to give condescending service, add 20% gratuity and then expect more tipping. The servers are entitled trustafarians that treat the guests like garbage while they laugh and hang with their friends. The pizza is mediocre at best, but it's so hard to even stay in the building until you get your food, because of the way you are treated. If you have any self respect or desire to be treated with dignity, I'd highly recommend not going here and save yourself from lackluster pizza and garbage service.

Came to Eleven on the recommendation of my son and daughter in law who live in Bolinas. We loved Eleven. If you don 't live in Bolinas remember the When in Rome adage. This is a wine bar restaurant that exudes the definite local vibe. This is a comfortable restaurant with no pretense. The wine collection is interesting and good. Love the wine descriptions that are actually quite accurate. One with an open mind and enjoy the wines from places you 're not familiar. The meatballs were delicious. The fries were hot and crisp. The pizzas (not from a pizza oven) were good. There are not a lot of options for dining in Bolinas. Fortunately there is Eleven.

Delightful- how can pizza and salad be THIS good? Friendly staff, great food, perfect location.

Good food but it did not make up for our very rude waitress (Rebecca). She ignored us from the beginning and we had to flag her down for absolutely everything. She was slow to take our order, to bring water, to bring our food, to bring our check. Would not give us eye contact and on top we were required to tip her 20%. So even tough we liked the food the slow service impacted negatively our experience.
