I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, dental kits were unavailable upon request, and the toiletries provided were of very basic quality. Additionally, there was a lack of toilet paper, and the soap and shampoo provided were of minimal quality. Moreover, the breakfast service was not in line with expectations. It was only ready by 8:30 AM, causing inconvenience for guests with early commitments. I had to skip breakfast on one occasion due to this delay, and it affected my work schedule. I suggest considering an earlier breakfast service, ideally by 7:30 AM, to better accommodate guests who have professional commitments. This adjustment would enhance the overall guest experience and make the complimentary breakfast more accessible for those on business trips. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that these improvements will contribute to a better experience for future guests.
