Debonairs Pizza Phokeng Mall

Yesterday, on 26/03/2021, I went to Debonairs in Phokeng mall to get some pizza. I placed my order at 4:17pm and waited for two hours before requesting a refund. I eventually received my refund, but the service was very poor. I asked to speak to a manager who was in the shop, but he did not come to address the customers' concerns. When I asked to cancel my order, I was initially told it would be a long process. However, when I insisted on canceling and getting a refund, it was done in less than 5 minutes. I am extremely disappointed in the service at Debonairs in Phokeng mall. Customers yesterday had to wait for their orders for 2 hours or more.

We have ordered more than 3 hours ago. Order has been paid. Money is out of my account. We never received our food and we cannot get a hold of anyone. Please help asap. Or just pay me my money back!

Debonairs square is absolutely pathetic!! My order was placed at 15-20pm 2020/05/08 I have called them more than 15 times and absolutely no one answers the phone?? Its exactly 18:22 as I am posting this and I have not received my food or an indication of when it can be expected? Is this how Debonairs treats clients?

Good day i just want to thank you to the debonair delivery guy that help me today when is was stuck on the side of the road with my little boy my car broked down .. thank you that 2 min you took to get my husband to come and help me thank you for your time just to help someone even when you had so much delivery's to doThank you and sorry for all peoples that their pizza was late

Worst service service I've ever experienced in my live I've been wanting for my food for more than an hour and a half, and have been calling more than 5 times with out answer. I wil never make use of the online service and wont be ordering debonairs soon,i wil make sure everybody knows about this
