Just a heads up, there are two burger options, one of which has a sweet sauce that may not be to everyone's taste. Overall, a great spot to check out if you're in the mood for some delicious food.
My Original Review: The food is delicious when done correctly. However, the online ordering process can be challenging, leading me to give them a 1-star rating instead of the 4 stars they deserve. I ordered a burger but ended up with a sloppy mess due to the lack of proper packaging. All the sauces and juices leaked onto the bun, making it unappetizing. Additionally, I ordered a large order of fries for $10, only for it to be left out of my order. When trying to contact them through the published number, I received no response, leaving me no choice but to drive back to the restaurant to address the issue in person. It's important to get it right the first time and to ensure that someone is available to answer calls.
Really good food usually, but you pay for it. I had a $50 order for 4 burgers and a big frit. The fry order was tiny!!! I paid $7 for big pommes, but they made me happier when I came back and showed them the little handful I was served. A burger was raw. They didn't give me the supplement to avocado or bacon I paid for... I really like the food tho, but they won't pick up the phone and answer my concerns and I don't feel like driving back like a 3rd time. I'll change this review if these guys fix it for me, but I can't even keep it from them, so... 1.5 stars
For two burgers with fries and beer it was $50. The store was not stopped and we had to work for everything. We were about 7 minutes early for the happy hour, which means we paid about $12 more than we would have if we waited about 10 minutes. Admittedly, they were Bison-Burger, so it was a bit more and everything tasted good, I'm just not sure that it was worth the prices for something we all work for.
My kids had a craving for curly fries and I wasn't feeling Jack in the Box. A friend of mine had told me about Boise Fry Company so we decided to try it out. I ordered a small order of curly fries and two kids hamburgers for my little ones. I also ordered a classic hamburger with the russet homestyle fries and my wife ordered a turkey patty on their Quinoa salad. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. The curly fries were a clump of greasy, burnt mess. You know when a 7 year old spits out fries that it is a lost cause. My fries were tasty but very greasy. The burgers were cold like they sat on the counter for 20 minutes. They had no taste as they had not been seasoned. You can not season a burger after it s been cooked. I understand not salting their fries since they have quite a selection of flavored salts. I asked them to replace the curly fries with regular fries which they did but they were still greasy. My wife's salad was pretty sad looking and the turkey patty had no taste. I don't understand the 4.5 average rating for this location. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I don't think I ll be back.
