Coq-o-bec - Bois des Filion

The service at this restaurant was very poor. They were out of bacon for the chicken poutine, yet had bacon available for the club sandwich. Due to this oversight, they lost out on a $150 order for just three slices of bacon. Congratulations on losing the business.

If I could give 0 I would without hesitation. I ordered a poutine with the sauce on the side. I received my order after an hour and a half of waiting. When the poutine arrived it was soggy . I called the restaurant to tell them that this was not normal and that I would like another poutine sent to me. The one who answers me on the phone tells me that it 's a shame but there 's nothing she can do. That they are overwhelmed and that is not important. I tell him that the poutine is literally inedible and that I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. This one tells me that ultimately it is not their problem, to fix me but that there is nothing to do about the situation. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH A RESTAURANT

Very satisfying first experience. Friendly receptionist and delivery person. Quick delivery. Hot and tasty meals. The chicken had to be crossed with a brontosore my chest was so big ;

NEVER AGAIN! more than an hour of waiting when I live next door and the meal arrived very cold and the potato was overcooked. Really suck..

I stop by to gas and got us a Poutine with chicken and it was delicious!!Plus the girl in the front was a doll and I got smiles from the kitchen ? such good vibe and delicious for real. Keep it up guysThank you
