Wendy's - BOILING SPRINGS

My wife and I visited on Easter night because we didn't think about places being closed for the holiday. Now I'll be the first to admit Wendy's in other parts of Spartanburg county don't have the best service and the food you receive is barely warm. But this location gave me hope, I can't remember the last time I had fries that fresh. The fries were absolutely amazing and the burger was pretty good as well. This is definitely one of the better locations in Spartanburg county.

After a terrible experience at firehouse where I waited 40 minutes this was a complete 180. I was greeted by a friendly guy on the intercom who helped me get exactly what I wanted as I haven’t been to Wendy’s much before. Then after about 45 seconds I was out of the drive thru with my delicious sandwiches. Thank you everybody.

I have never had a bad experience with this particular Wendy's. They seem to hire the nicest employees. My food is always correct and good. The BEST part is the friendly people in the drive through. I have been waited on by young employees and older employees, all of whom were so very nice. This makes it a pleasure to go through your drive thru!!

This particular location almost always makes sure you get fresh fries and nuggets. Which of course is their promise, however, not always the case. Their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine inside happens to run out of soda on a frequent basis. So many options aren't available. Also, they could do a better job of keeping the tables and floor clean. The drive thru is almost always running smoothly and efficiently. My only issue has always been when I dine in.

We waited today on the line 25 minutes. The longest in Wendy's restaurant. The domestic chicken sandwich was not fresh; it tasted a few hours old. The chili was too thick. We will look at other restaurants in the area before returning.
