Mcdonald's - BOILING SPRINGS

Always pretty fast, and generally friendly, too. Better than most fast food places as far as service goes.

We never have a problem here... That says something because my kids are kind of picky.

It took 3 times through the drive thru to get my order right. You also need to train your employees in Manieren. Don't even apologize for that. I think I'm staying with another McDonald's

I just tried to make an order to thru your drive. It's 1:25 and your cashier said I'll be with you and then she took orders from 3 other cars in another lane that came after us. We waited and left without order.... very bad service

Just went through the drive through and ordered some Big Macs. Got home to find a hair in one of the sandwiches we knew it wasn?t ours due to us being blonde and the hair being black called the store up and idk who picked up but I simply just stated that they should go make sure the cooks in the back had hair nets on and we weren?t asking for the sandwhich to be remade or even a money return, just to make sure their cooks had hair nets, to which they replied very rudely that they do not wear hair nets there. Won?t be going back. Terrible customer service.
