Ichiraku Ramen Col - Bogotá

Pedí un ramen vegano y cuando llegó el caldo se veía súper grasoso, desconfié un montón y lo revolví para ver si tenía algo diferente, y evidentemente tenía pedazos de tuétano y sustancia.

No tofu or faux meat but veggie wok is great, my partner got a ramen and it didn’t look that good

A ramen restaurant is an odd recommendation from an American visiting Colombia, but it’s well worth it for the environment alone. The ramen noodles weren’t even that good, but the place was so cool. It was like being in the house of a anime mega collector. Every room was uniquely themed for different anime and in our room we sat at a round table that was centered around a cherry blossom tree. So so so cool. Not to say that I didn’t enjoy my ramen. It was served with a giant slice of avocado, some excellent fried tofu, and these wonderful peas.

Ordered gyoza vegetariana y ramen vegetariana para llevar (take out). The gyoza were so greasy they were inedible…the ramen at least had some flavor but was unbelievably greasy…and really nothing but the broth, egg noodles, avocado, and scallions. Even in the evening when most other veggie restaurants are closed, there a definitely much better options.
