Z's Wood Fired Pizza - Boerne

I ordered a personal 8-inch pizza, and it was fantastic. The paprika, prosciutto, and sun-dried tomatoes were all exceptionally fresh and delicious. Plus, the sauce and dough were top-notch. It was the perfect size for one person. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée made by the pastry chef, and it was remarkable. This is my favorite type of dessert, and it was definitely among the best I've had. I will definitely be returning to this new spot this month. It's a must-try!

I absolutely love their pizza, music, and drinks! It's a perfect spot for the entire family. The outdoor terrace is wonderful for bringing the kids along so they can have a great time!

My husband and I have passed by this restaurant several times, but tonight we finally decided to stop in with our son. We arrived just before the crowd at 5:45 PM and were seated right away, although a line formed soon after, which moved quickly. My husband and I shared a house salad with Ranch dressing—I'm usually not a fan of Ranch, but it was delicious! He and our son ordered the Hunter's Pizza, which is hearty and packed with meat. I tried the special pizza of the day, named “Mr. Miyagi,” and it was absolutely fantastic! It had cream cheese, real lump crab, spices, and fried wontons—a delightful twist that reminded me of crab Rangoon on a pizza! I asked for some Sriracha sauce to spice it up a bit, and it took it to the next level. My husband also enjoyed his meal. Our waiter, Paul, was fantastic—like a superhero in the way he took care of us. We're definitely planning to return!

Had a fantastic experience at Z's tonight. Paul took care of us, although the restaurant was really busy (seriously: do something about the back door. It kills your waiter! He is probably responsible for our tab to 30 or 40 percent and it was worth it. Everybody. Dime. He was super friendly without being annoying, and the kitchen always supported him on the way. Guys, I really needed a good night tonight. Z comes with space for replacement. I can't wait to get back to Z's!!

I’m the past, I have only had take out from Z’s. I finally was able to dine in for lunch and was not disappointed. Not only was the pizza awesome as always, the service was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. On a side note, the homemade ranch dressing was the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely make it a point to return as a dine in customer more regularly.
