Inferno's Wood Fired Oven Spirits Boerne

The pizza was incredible, and our server was extremely friendly! We celebrated my best friend's birthday there, and it was a big success! The games were playing, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable! Food: 5/5

We've been visiting this location since it first opened, and unfortunately, the same issues persist. While the food is great, the service is frustratingly poor. We either end up waiting a long time without anyone attending to us, or there are mistakes with our orders. Management really needs to do a better job of screening the high school students they hire. It seems like they're more focused on socializing than actually doing their jobs. During our most recent visit: (1) I ordered a ranch water, and the staff didn't even know what it was. (2) They got my food order wrong and forgot my salad. (3) To top it off, the server told us to come find her when we were ready to pay, which was baffling. Management, please take the time to train your staff properly. This isn't rocket science!

When they first opened four years ago, they had a lot of super spicy pizzas that I did not really care for, however, it seems that they have added more main stream choices (although you still have the option to spice them up if you like that. Our recent takeout margarita pizza and Boss Hog pizza were excellent, and the large Caesar salad was enough for three people. The quality of the ingredients and crust are excellent, but I felt the toppings on the Boss Hog were a little bit on the skimpy side, considering the price. Overall, I think Inferno’s is now the best choice for pizza in Boerne and will definitely be going back for more!

The pizza is really good here. They also have a great lunch special M F 11am 2pm for $8.99 that includes an 8 inch pizza, Caesar salad a drink. The only reason I don’t give it 5 is the service is seriously lacking. Hopefully they correct that because service is just as important as the food.
