We had got a voucher for a 3 gang dinner and wanted to redeem it after appointment. Our bad luck was also there and occupied the place so that we were accommodated in the Vinothek. At first we thought that was very nice until we had to realize that the counter 1m from our table is also registration for the hotel. The kitchen connects directly so that we felt very affected by the barrenness of the services, the hotel guests who got their instructions after registration with bag and pack next to the table. We were here on 27.02.2015 on the occasion of my 35th. Birthday for a dinner. We visited this place because we heard about it via an internet portal. To celebrate the day there was a 5 course menu with wine tasting. I can only say. Magnificent dishes, excellent service, beautiful ambience. The tables are at a very pleasant distance from each other, i.e. one has very little to create with the other guests. The important toilets in the restaurant are clean. First of all, the nice reception and friendly service convinced us. Then came the actual highlight of the evening: the five courses _duet by the watchtel Ulmer ice pear Nashi pear _Erbsenschaumsüppchen Pancetta _Grapefruit (which was dressed in a champagne glass) _US Chunk 'Flank Steak ' sus vide celery green apple hazelnuts _Zitrone raspberry beautiful white shock pods all perfectly combined. We found a new place for special occasions. In a few weeks, we'll get a second detour. Very recommended.
