Ganssee Stuble - Böblingen

I came here for the second time with another couple. I really enjoyed it more than the group was smaller and the service was more personal. We sat outside on a cool autumn evening, although they have a beautiful fireplace inside. You feel like in the middle of nowhere and yet you are in the heart of Böblingen directly from tanks. We all started with the goulash soup that was excellent. It even had a real kick. I ordered the shrimp sampling that was more like garlic shrimps. It was very good with lots of shrimps. I even have a side salad. My friend ordered the spaghetti Bolognese while his wife ordered the fish plate. We all had a nice German beer to wash everything. A perfect autumn evening!

This is not a beautiful place, but we love him! Every single dish we tried was delicious (we were already 5 times there), and the staff is very friendly. We always have a good time. Take cash, though I'm not sure they accept cards.

When my colleague here invited the crew to dinner, none of us had any idea that this place existed. It is literally a hidden gem surrounded by nature in the middle of a living area. No wonder it's very popular with locals. It is known for its wood fired grill. When entering the smell of food cooking on the grill we will enjoy for everyone. I went with her masterpiece, that was grilled pig with French pommes. While I had a better grill in many other places, it was quite delicious. My wife chose the salmon court. We both enjoyed a sharp Chardonnay. For dessert, the table ordered the apple strudel with vanilla sauce and a blueberry and raspberry with vanilla sauce. The location is very nice and comfortable and the service is good. There is a nearby pond and a playground for young people.

Very nice location, very nice staff. qualitatiw very good meat. plentiful portions, but: the salate is not at all! dressing good, but only green salate, a little gurke and paprika would arrive quite differently. a little more spice on the meat could not hurt either.

I was very happy with the hosting. the eating (drumbs) very satisfied and the service was very nice and accommodating.I can only recommend this locally.
