Hundholmen Brygghus - Bodoe

Every traveling who lives in bodø really needs to eat at dogholmen. While it can be true that the entrance looks a bit like a tgi Friday, the kitchen and service are more than comparable to high-end place in large cities such as oslo or stockholm. we had a nice waitress from brazil, which was very well informed about the menu, beer and the wine list. the bouillabaisse should die, and the tenderoin was perfectly cooked. the vegetarian option was also really exquisite. can't say good enough about dogespats. I'm sure you'll look at it.

Went on a Monday late lunch. Place was quiet but female servers at the bar was attentive and sincere! Lots of seats to choose from but I preferred those near the window as it was bright and cosy. Good: the food was really tasty. Must try their fish soup and celery schitnzel. their local beer is tasty, nice and light. female servers at bar was really nice and sincere. I highly recommend this place for food, and beer of you drink.

Really good beer brewed in the establishment. Really good fish/salad dishes. Nice locale and nice employees. You will probably get to taste some of the brews before you make up your mind, if you ask nicely.

What a wonderful brewer-restaurant. Fantastically decorated, with a small craft brewery set within. Lovely food and delicious drinks with a welcoming and engaged service. Taking into account my limited knowledge of Bodø, I am quite sure it's among the best spots in town and I thoroughly recommend this place!

The fish soup was so good with warm bread and butter! Also had a great cider. My partner had the fish gratin. The meals were perfect for a cold winter day.
