Good customer service, In this pandemic where no one is accepting delivery I could able to send the cake to my brother through Naveens Bakery :

In this covid situation they are Neat and hygienic must recommend for cakes and all bakery items

I bought a step cake with butter scotch flavour. but they gave me worst cake, no taste, not cool, too much food colour, they not even used a good quality bread in cake. Moreover their behaviour towards customer is very rude.
