Vishnu Restaurant - Bodh Gaja

Cheap price, good curries and other Indian dishes. The hygyne is not very high but this is absolutely expected when going to a local Indian eatery.

Very basic place but nice food. its not a luxury or fine dining types place. decent menu and price is cheap.

The food quality was very bad, service of the place is horrible. It was completely unhygienic. Don't visit until and unless its the last option.

The owners and staff argue loudly and angrily with one another. The food is mediocre and inconsistent. Lots of mosquitos under the tables. The kitchen in this place is horrifying. Vishnu is an open-air restaurant, which means that a lot of filthy dust from the temple mall lands and covers in your food. Just outside this restaurant in the temple mall is an area where extremely poor beggars congregate. These poor, tormented and profoundly unhappy people are ill with various diseases; they sleep huddled beside a wall outside the temple in significant numbers. If you try to feed them they rise up fighting and clawing one another for the food. They sit in the dust just outside this restaurant.

We recently made a quick stop for tea at this place, which is more like a Dhaba than a restaurant. The tea was delicious and the service was speedy.
