El Toro - Bochum

One of the best steak restaurants I ever where. Everything self made from salad dressing till steak sauce. Always again!!! :

For years our starting point for delicious steaks. Have not found any better steakhouse in Bochum yet. The map is a little more expensive, but here quality has its price. The steaks are qualitatively super and kicked at the point (depending on what you specify), insert the homemade salad dressing only, and the service very friendly. Also the cozy presentation of the restaurant and the free aperitif invite you to stay. Definitely a recommendation.

El Toro is my favorite restaurant since my childhood, it's unique, it's like coming home and so indescribable... a thousand thanks for it.

After many years we were back at El Toro Essen, because we really wanted to do it well. We were in the right place. Ambience, service and food were first class! We took the El Toro record to four and were pappy. We haven't done everything and packed the rest. The plate is easy for five people. Clear question!

It was very nice there. The ambience was more rustic and somewhat darker from the light, so you could have trusted the feeling. Also interesting were the benches covered with cow skin or similar so that the whole became even more authentic. The food was very lick. Like the steak had: Filet Grande and we took fried pepperlings. The steak was grilled to the point we wanted. Steak enthusiasts will certainly come to their costs here.
