99 - Bocas del Toro

We went on a Friday night and sat on the terrace. Although there were several stoves it gets cold if you're near the entrance because there's no door. We ordered the menu of 9 times with pairing, excellent food, but the quality of the pairing could improve. Very good attention... ah and they could have more blankets, I asked for one and they were gone.

Very good attention. With respect to food, also excellent the truth, nothing to say about it, but the truth is that I think the ratio price/quality... no. It's too bad. For the same price there are many equally good and elegant and cheaper restaurant actually. The theme of the pairing... I didn't like it. Lots of cider and light wines, garnacha, etc. I've had more dyes in my body as it should be. I think it's to go more or less once a year, to try new dishes and it would be. But very expensive for what it is

And to start my foodie review that better than start with @99_restaurant. This restaurant is the exact definition that you can eat excellent at a moderate price. Ideal to surprise! This Friday as I usually try to do I went to eat a delicious 6-stroke menu for just $200,000.

Really a sublime experience, every gesture, every detail, every person working with inspiring dedication, I really have no words to describe how well I felt yesterday in the 99, from how they treated me to every dish that I took directly to heaven.

I'm so lucky to have been invited to this place. Unbelievable!! 100% recommendable the roller coaster of flavors that you feel when traveling the 9 wonders I tasted. Each dish that arrived was a show of dedication and delicacy of the chef who was noticed pretended to live more than an experience. Excellent attention from the first minute and the romantic and extremely pleasant atmosphere. Cose of tastes but if there is something to recommend it is not to use the pairs offered and only enjoy a wine at choice. Great place!! Thanks Constanza Fernández
