Walt's American Grille - Boca Raton

Waiters we had is terrific Manager was accommodating by placing us away from loud bar area and allowed for happy hour drink prices. Overall great evening at Walt's

The food was excellent, the staff was very attentive, and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.

This was our first time dining at Walt's. We will be back. My wife enjoyed her Cosmo. The Flatbread was above average (not too thick, not too cheesy). The Beef Stroganoff was as good as any I have ever tasted.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was let down. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that two out of the four daily specials were unavailable, even though it was only 6:00. The waiter appeared attentive at first, but our experience took a turn when our meals arrived. My husband enjoyed his burger, but my pork chop was not to my liking, as the mashed potatoes were overly garlicky. After requesting a replacement with vegetables, my food grew cold as I waited. The pork was overcooked and the balsamic glaze and goat cheese combination was too overpowering for my taste. The desserts took a long time to be ordered and the pumpkin pie slice was very small for its price of $10, and was served without forks, leading to yet another long wait. We were not impressed and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Our server Marquis and the manager (didn't catch his name) were both lovely. Great food options, decent pricing, ambiance beautiful.
