Smoke Bbq Catering - Boca Raton

Great food, good service, fun atmosphere, perfect location. Not sure what else you need! I don't understand the negative reviews, other than to chalk it up to a bad day in the kitchen or on the floor. I've never had bad service or bad food at Smoke. Everything always came out hot and tasty! The mac and cheese is really good, so is the brisket and the jalapeño-cheddar sausage. They have homemade potato chips that are to die for, and I'm not even a big potato chip fan! Ive only ever come for lunch so can't comment on the service/food/drinks at night, but I'm sure it can get really busy which is when mistakes tend to happen. Love me some good BBQ and this is good BBQ!!

I had a fantastic experience with the barbecue here—specifically, the half rack of baby back ribs that were so tender they practically fell off the bone, along with the brisket platter. Everything was incredibly delicious! However, the beans were a bit too spicy for my taste, especially for barbecue beans. My only complaint was regarding the beer promotion; it was buy one, get one, but neither of us wanted a second drink. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let us apply the promotion to the two beers we did order, suggesting we come back another time instead. That’s not feasible since it’s a 50-mile drive!

The brisket was among the best I've ever had with its smoky foundation and just the right proportion of fat and gristle. The ribs are along the same lines and the wings are very good. Their happy hour, for me, is 3 glasses of decent wine for $9, which is commendable. Best BBQ in south Florida

As a native Detroiter, I'm always on the lookout for great barbecue, and I found it here! This place is outstanding, and the pastrami is absolutely to die for. The service was great as well!
