Pukara Peruvian Cuisine - Boca Raton

The Lomo Saltado was great; very tender meat, nice sauce, onions and tomatoes as is typical of this Peruvian dish. The milanesa de pollo was also very good; the chicken was flat, but still tender.

Excellent Peruvian food!!! Everything we ordered from the tasty anticuchos, aji de gallina, papa a la Huancaina, carapulca to the causas, tacu lomo and ciupe de camarones was super delicious.

Always comes hot and ready. Always do a great job of packaging everything with care.

The food was ok. Portions are on the small side, especially considering the price.

Ceviche was not fresh extreme salt overpowering the lime juice. So spicy could not eat. The kids chicken cutlet was like a rubber looked like frozen chicken and deep fried terrible!
