Mcdonald's - Boca Raton

The meal I had for lunch was decent, falling into the $10–20 price range. The food was satisfactory, earning a 3 out of 5. The service was also average, providing what's expected but not going above and beyond. The atmosphere is similarly rated; it’s nothing special, but it’s adequate for a quick takeout experience. Overall, a solid choice for a casual lunch, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

Good place for my favorites frappe and spicy mc.chicken. Everybody talks about their fries or sandwich, but i say you can not beat their world famous caramel frappe with the right combinations. Both the price and tastiest cold coffee ever. Beats Wawa or amy other place for that price and taste. Parking: Lot of parking space for everyone. Kid-friendliness: Great with this too. Service: Take out

To make matters worse, my drink was watered down from sitting too long, and the food was soggy and cold. It’s unbelievable that they would rather not get wet than provide service. Rain is just water, not acid; it’s perfectly fine to get a little wet. From my experience, most McDonald's locations provide their employees with rain jackets, so their lack of effort here is just sheer laziness. It's disappointing, and I can't wait for the day when robots take over these jobs.

Unacceptable customer service. Ordered an Ice cream cone, the cone was nearly half melted on to the napkin. I ask for a new cone and the employee (she) replies back what 's the big deal This is unacceptable customer service. Thank you to the manager, but the employee should know better.. What ever happened to critical thinking or common sense?
