Bella Nonna Gourmet Pizza - Boca Raton

DO NOT ORDER THE DEEP DISH PIZZA!!! This restaurant offers above-average pizza for South Florida, but tonight we decided to try the deep dish. I can say with 99.9% certainty that they prepare the "deep dish pizza" in exactly the same way as a regular extra cheese pizza, except that once it comes out of the oven, they slather it with 3-4 large ladles of pizza sauce on top of the perfectly fine pizza, followed by a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese. By the time the pizza arrived, the sauce had seeped through the cheese and soaked the already thin and flimsy crust to the point where serving it required a pie spatula—essentially turning it into pizza soup. If you’re still tempted to order it, I suggest you grab a bowl and spoon to enjoy it!

Great place for a quick pizza. We loved the pizza and garlic rolls. Kids played the arcade game for free while we waited. The staff was friendly and helpful about the area. This is the place to go for great food and service!

This was the best pizza we’ve ever had. This is the Ferraris of pizzas. The owner is the chef and makes everything from scratch, the sauce, the bread and the ingredients are fresh. He was also super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely amazing! We started eating the pizza before I could get a picture but we got the triple threat which is a calzone, garlic roll and pizza just genius! And you can put the toppings you like.

I was looking for a good pasta near me. Found this place on Google and fall in love with all the positive comments. Ordered the shrimp scampi on linguine. Horrible!!! First of all I got fettuccine instead of linguine. No sauce at all, super dry and tasteless. Everything was cold as well. First and last time. NEVER AGAIN.

Triple Threat! So much fun when you're looking to splurge on carbs...pizza, calzone and garlic rolls all in one ?Pleasantly surprised at the perfectly cooked spaghetti as well.Definitely a fantastic take out for dinner and the owner is your most gracious host! A must if you haven't tried it.
